Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods. The customer bears the return costs in the event of cancellation, regardless of the value of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email: amo@andreamoseler.com by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Please provide the order number and list the items you wish to return.

If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) confirmation of receipt of your revocation. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Return of goods:

Within 14 calendar days of the declaration of withdrawal, the respective products must be returned, if possible intact and in the original packaging, to the following address, stating the order number:

Refund policy:

Any return accepted by us will result in a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days after quantitative and qualitative verification of the returned products.

Please note that your right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please always return products in their original packaging. You should also return all product information, documentation and packaging.
